Family room had upgrades, it was compact and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, for example, Ribeira was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. It was across the very beautiful area.

There were a complimentary minibar, cable TV, and strong WiFi in the rooms, which made them well-appointed and extremely pleasant. Its location really close to Bolsa Palace was stunning.

Breakfast was delicious and tasty, I enjoyed almost everything.

It made my trip to Porto a really really nice experience. Everything was very comfortable, the wifi was free. The location was great - 400 metres away from a Roman Catholic church. They upgraded me to an extremely pleasant and romantic room with a lovely view.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect at the center of the old city area. Spent a nice evening at Restaurante Traca, located right next to the venue. The family room was contemporary with free water, also a bottle, as example.

The staff was extremely bad.

I spend 3 nights in Porto lovely. The staff were both exceptionally attentive and helpful. Its location was very central, 200 metres from Bolsa Palace. Really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was welcoming.

It is an ideal property located in Uniao de Freguesias do Centro district not far from the main Porto attraction, many sights and conveniences and the Old Town. The breakfast is perfect and tasty with lovely view and the location is wonderful. I appreciated the staff, they are amiable.

The hotel is easily accessible from Sao Bento metro/train station. The room was comfortable with a patio. The decor was tasteful and the toiletries luxurious. The bed and pillows were super comfy and there were international channels on the TV.

Felt like home, nothing was too much trouble.

Avenida dos aliados was walking distance to. Stunning location 8 minutes walk from railway station. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Would recommend this place and would stay there again.
